IDENER is currently preparing several academic papers connected to the DR-RISE project, addressing key topics in the application of AI to energy systems. Planned contributions include qualitative research on explainable AI (XAI) in model predictive control optimization, the role of weather data (real or forecasted) in PV power forecasting, low-level battery dispatch algorithms, and user acceptance of manual incentive-based demand response schemes. These publications will support the scientific backbone of the project and contribute to the broader knowledge base around intelligent energy systems and consumer-centric design.
