Recently, CTIC Technology Centre participated with great enthusiasm in the ECTP Conference held in Brussels.
Among the many initiatives and conferences attended, a standout session was conducted by Dr. Irene Lopez de Vallejo, the expert responsible for European affairs. The title of her presentation was “Buildings with Feelings”.
During this intervention, Irene explored how real-time analysis of information collected in buildings can bring tangible benefits to residents, improving their comfort, sensitivity, and consequently, their quality of life. It generated significant interest and enthusiasm among the participants, receiving an extremely positive reception.
During the presentation, Irene also discussed some European projects currently being worked on at CTIC. These projects focus on collecting data from real-world pilot sites, with the aim of processing and utilizing them for informed decision-making. Among these, one of the flagship projects Irene mentioned is DR-RISE project.
