We are pleased to welcome Stichting Pioneer Vessel (SPV) to the DR-RISE consortium.
SPV is a Dutch non-profit foundation established by the Schoonschip community, the innovative floating neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Acting as a bridge between the community and external research, innovation and policy initiatives, SPV brings valuable experience in turning sustainable ideas into real-life solutions through collaboration and experimentation.
Within DR-RISE, SPV will lead the set-up and evaluation of the solutions in the Dutch pilot, bringing the perspective and experience of the Schoonschip community directly into the project. SPV will also contribute to the development of content for the bi-directional hub, supporting consumer awareness, engagement and active participation in residential Demand Response. Its involvement will help DR-RISE connect technological innovation with the people who use it every day – an essential step towards making residential flexibility more accessible, understandable and effective.
